Oasis International LTD to Launch Arts and Culture Magazine from Saudi Arabia

Oasis Publishing House LTD announced today that it will launch the first English Arts and Culture Magazine from Saudi Arabia. Oasis Magazine has set the date for the distribution of its very first issue on the 25th of September 2007.

Oasis Magazine is a Saudi-created and -owned venture; the co-founders and co-owners are: Munira Al Ajlani, Editor in Chief; Noura Bouzo, Creative Director; and Basma Bouzo as Editor at Large.

The three Saudi women have brought together a team that consists of a young staff whose backgrounds are Saudi, mixed, and international. They all share the same vision of a better understanding and respect of our present culture and heritage. Oasis’s style in writing and graphics is clean and modern. Local and international writers team up - under the guidance of a talented young local team - to produce an exciting magazine each time around. Each issue of the Oasis Magazine will have a thematic focus with topics including arts news, cultural pieces, products, travel, design and holiday.

The first issue of Oasis will debut on the 25th of September 2007 and it will then be distributed via subscription, newsstand, bookstores, boutiques and hotels within the GCC and the Middle East.
